How to Decide What to Build Next??

This is possibly one of the more important questions facing product teams. There are many factors influencing product roadmaps. Feature requests from existing customers, deferred backlog, product issues reported by support representatives, and if that's not enough, a competitor just shipped their product that gave them a leg up.
Then there are things like technical debt, refactoring code, optimizations that engineering recommends. And, of course, a top salesperson just brought up a few big deals riding on adding some features into the product.
