Snigdhay Ghosh Ray is a senior technology executive with 19 years of experience in Software product industry, primarily Investment Banking and Human Capital Management domains. She heads up the product management, development/ engineering & support functions in India for ADP flagship HCM products for mid-market North America segment and ADP’s Data Cloud solutions (reporting, benchmarking & analytics). She is passionate about product management, customer experience management, data science and agile methodology.

She works closely with industry bodies (NASSCOM, IPL, HYSEA) to chair and participate in several Product forums to create a strong Product leadership talent and culture in India. Snigdha has been working closely with NASSCOM and several engineering schools on initiatives to develop data science curriculum, training content, thereby increasing employable talent in AP.

Snigdha holds a B Tech (Computer Science) degree from Mumbai University, an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business and executive certifications from The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania and Kellogg school of management – Northwestern University.
